Our suits take 10-14 business days from the order date excluding holidays and weekends for sewing production. A refund request must be placed within 24 hours or it will not be accepted. We buy the fabric immediately upon receiving an order, so requesting a refund anytime after our 24 hour window will result in a 30% restocking fee.
We have a no return policy. Due to the nature of the Covid-19 virus, we are unable to offer returns/refunds at this moment. However, if a product is defective or incorrect, we will take care of it

Damages and issues
We do our best to double check every item we ship out. In the case we miss something you can contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item we will exchange it free of shipping or any other charges(product must be unused and unwashed).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on custom/bespoke or made-to-order items. Feel free to ask us any questions and relay any thoughts on sizing and fit during consultation.
